Samar Fatima

Dr. Samar Fatima is a Lecturer in Information Systems (AI & Cloud) at the College of Business and Law at RMIT University, specializing in the effective and responsible deployment of AI in public sectors. She holds a PhD from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), where her thesis was awarded the Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award and nominated for the ACPHIS IS PhD Medal. Her research focuses on AI strategic planning, AI-enabled business models, public value creation through AI, and national AI policy analysis.
