Samantha Rockey is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and serves as a tutor and faculty member on the Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme, one of the world’s leading open leadership development initiatives. She co-programme directs the Executive Education programme for the Young President’s Organisation (YPO) and is the co-founder/director of Thompson Harrison, a London-based consultancy focused on leadership and organisational development. Previously, she was the Global Head of Leadership Development at SABMiller (now part of AB InBev) until 2016.
Her expertise revolves around leadership in large-scale organisational transformation, with a focus on the intersection of global connectivity, digital innovation, and positive social impact. She co-authored the book *The Social Brain: The Psychology of Successful Groups* (Penguin Random House), which integrates scientific research, interviews, and case studies to explore group dynamics and leadership. Rockey holds a Master of Science in Development Planning and a Master of Management in Human Resources.
She serves on the Advisory Board of the Baobab Network and Imperial College Business School’s Global Online MBA programme. Her work has garnered awards and recognition in leadership development literature.
