Gavin Weeks is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and faculty on the Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme. He focuses on leadership development, particularly energy, vitality, and navigating complexity in fast-changing environments. His work combines clinical psychology expertise with business leadership challenges.

His research explores strategic leadership, leadership learning effectiveness, and organizational vitality.
