Chris Moos is a Lecturer in Organisation Studies at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. His research focuses on leadership in complex global environments, particularly how leaders manage paradoxes and pluralism. He explores organisational evaluation through rankings and accreditations, and is developing frameworks for pluralistic success. Before academia, he worked in Germany’s energy sector and consulting with Deloitte in Mexico.
Chris holds a PhD in Management from the London School of Economics (LSE), where he was named 'Alum of the Month'. He is a member of the Academy of Management and served at St Antony’s College, Oxford as College Advisor and Senior Common Room Member. His leadership insights have been featured in major media outlets like CNBC, Forbes, and The Guardian.
