Sam Weinstein is a Professor of Law at the Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. He previously held positions at U.C. Berkeley School of Law as a fellow and at the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division. His expertise spans antitrust law, competition policy, and regulatory history. He holds a J.D. and Ph.D. in U.S. History from U.C. Berkeley, alongside a B.A. from Haverford College.
