Dr. Sam Okoroafo is a faculty member in the Department of Marketing & International Business at The University of Toledo's John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation, where he has taught since 1986. His expertise spans Marketing Strategy, International Business, Logistics, and Buyer Behavior.

- B.Sc.-Hons. in Business Management (1978, University of Nigeria)
Dr. Okoroafo's research focuses on cross-cultural dynamics, sustainability, and global supply chain management. His work has been published in journals like Journal of Business Research and International Marketing Review, and he founded the Journal of African Business.
He has received the COBI Faculty Research award (1995) and was ranked 2nd globally in international marketing publications (2001). His teaching includes innovative courses like Export Management and Understanding Cultural for International Business, with experiential learning via study abroad programs.
Dr. Okoroafo has led university committees, including chairing the college's first Diversity Plan, and contributed to curriculum development through grants.
