Dr. Sal Consoli is a Lecturer in Language Education and Director of the Moray House School of Education and Sport at the University of Edinburgh. His research focuses on language learning motivation, teacher wellbeing, and practitioner research methodologies, with a particular emphasis on narrative inquiry and reflexivity in applied linguistics. He holds a PhD from the University of Warwick, alongside advanced research qualifications. Dr. Consoli is a Visiting Research Fellow at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and serves on the executive committees of several academic associations, including BAAL and IAPLL.
