Saima Ahmed is a Researcher at the School of Health Sciences within the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health at The University of Manchester. She contributes to the Healthy Ageing Research Group (HARG) and the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration for Greater Manchester (NIHR ARC GM).
Research Interests: Her work focuses on Dementia, Delirium, Healthy Ageing, Applied Health, and Digital Health. She specializes in Systematic Reviews, Mixed-Methods, and Large Dataset Analysis.
Recent Publications highlight her expertise in Non-Pharmacological Interventions, Protein Intake in Ageing, and Behavioral Interventions for older adults. These span Geriatrics, Public Health, and Digital Health domains.
