She holds a PhD in Consumer Behavior from the University of Bern and conducted post-doctoral research at the University of Exeter before joining Zurich. Her research integrates interdisciplinary approaches from marketing, psychology, and public policy.
Key research areas include:
- Social marketing strategies for behavior change
- Evaluation of behavioral interventions
- Cross-cultural studies on health and environmental attitudes
Her recent work explores vaccine policy acceptance, fake news correction efficacy, and global perspectives on resource-exchange relationships. Collaborative projects often involve international teams analyzing large-scale datasets (e.g., the global COVIDiSTRESS study). Her contributions bridge theory and practice, aiming to inform policy design and consumer education initiatives.
