Prof. Dr. Sabine Panzram is Professor of Ancient History at the University of Hamburg's Faculty of Humanities, affiliated with the Department of History. Her academic trajectory includes a Staatsexamen from Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and Universitat de Barcelona (1996), and a doctorate from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster (2001) on Roman urban elites. She completed her habilitation at Universität Hamburg (2013) examining early Christian institutionalization in Hispania.
