Sabina Crowe

Sabina Crowe is an Assistant Professor and Head of Economics at Northeastern University's London Campus. She specializes in Economics, with teaching roles in International Business, Microeconomics, and Macroeconomics. Her research focuses on sustainable food consumption and Economics education. She holds a PhD in Economics from SOAS, University of London (2020) and a Master’s in Economic Analysis and Policy from the University of Nantes, France (2010).

Her career includes extensive international experience: teaching Economics and Mathematics in France, China, and the UK (at institutions like SOAS, UCL, and Birkbeck) and conducting fieldwork on sustainable food systems. Fluent in English and French, she also possesses intermediate Mandarin Chinese skills, acquired through studies in Beijing and Shanghai.

She received two China Scholarship Council grants to support her language studies and research in China. Her work bridges economic theory with practical applications in sustainability and global education systems.
