Sabina Crowe is the Head of Economics and an Associate Professor in Economics at Northeastern University London. She teaches International Business, Microeconomics, and Macroeconomics, and has extensive experience in higher education across France, China, and the UK. Her research focuses on Food Economics, Consumer Economics, and Environmental Economics, particularly drivers of sustainable food consumption and policy evaluation in China. She holds a PhD in Economics from SOAS, University of London (2020) and an MA in Economic Analysis and Policy from University of Nantes (2010).
