Ryan Venturelli

Ryan Venturelli is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geology and Geological Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. His research focuses on isotope geochemistry and glacial systems, particularly in Antarctica, aiming to understand past cryospheric changes and their relevance to modern ice mass loss. He leads the Rates and Dates Laboratory, emphasizing field-based investigations into glacial retreat dynamics, subglacial processes, and biogeochemical interactions.
