Ryan Shuwei Hsu is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration, College of Commerce, National Chengchi University, where he has served since February 2022. His research focuses on organizational behavior, Chinese cultural influences on workplace dynamics, and qualitative methodologies.
- Education: PhD in Business Administration from National Taiwan University (2015)
- Research Interests: Identity and recognition, work motivation, face theory, and cultural impacts on management
His recent work examines cultural frameworks in healthcare satisfaction (Health Communication, 2024), employee creativity mechanisms (Journal of Applied Psychology, 2022), and liminality in organizational transitions (Academy of Management, 2023). Publications span cross-cultural P-E fit models (2015), startup work design (2021), and hospitality worker motivation (2018).
