Ruzanna Abd Rahman is an Assistant Professor at Heriot-Watt University's School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society. With 12+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor registered with the Board of Quantity Surveying Malaysia and Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, she specializes in construction industry innovation.
