Ruth McDowell

Ruth McDowell is an Assistant Professor of Biology at Hiram College, teaching courses in ecology and evolution. She earned her B.S. in Biology from Duke University, where she studied blue crab reproduction, followed by a PhD in Biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), focusing on marine chemical ecology in Antarctic ecosystems.
