Russell Seidle

Russell Seidle, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Strategy and International Business at Suffolk University. His research focuses on organizational learning dynamics in technological innovation, particularly within biopharmaceutical and medical device sectors. He employs qualitative methodologies to explore how firms leverage knowledge sources for new product development.

Dr. Seidle holds a PhD and MBA from McGill University and an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa. His work has been recognized with awards including the Emerald Literati Award (2020), Douglas Nigh Award (2020), and WAM Past Presidents Best Paper Award (2017).

His research interests span organizational learning, innovation management, and cross-border practices. Recent work examines digital transformation challenges and wicked global problem-solving through experiential learning frameworks.
