Russell Roberts is a Professor of Management and Leadership at Charles Sturt University, focusing on mental health. He leads national initiatives like Equally Well Australia to improve physical health outcomes for people with mental illness. His roles include Chair of the Australian Rural and Remote Mental Health Symposium and membership on the ANZ Mental Health Association board. Previously, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Australian Journal of Rural Health and as Executive Director of NSW mental health services with a $110M annual budget.
