Rupprecht Podszun

Prof. Dr. Rupprecht Podszun is a leading academic in civil law, German/European competition law, and digital regulation. He holds the Chair of Civil Law, German and European Competition Law at the Faculty of Law, Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, where he directs the Institute for Competition Law (IKartR). His research examines the intersection of law with digitalization, sustainability, and market governance, particularly focusing on digital platforms and the Digital Markets Act (DMA).
