Roy L. Jones serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Public Service Management at Cumberland University within The Millard and JJ Oakley School of Humanities, Education and the Arts, teaching graduate courses in the Master of Science in Public Service Management (MSP) program. With over 45 years of professional experience spanning accounting, government service, and nonprofit leadership, he brings extensive real-world expertise to his academic role.
