Roxana Radu

Roxana Radu is an Associate Professor of Digital Technologies and Public Policy at the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government and a Hugh Price Fellow at Jesus College. Her research focuses on the governance of digital technologies, internet policy, and AI ethics. She holds a PhD (summa cum laude) in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) and an MA (honours) in Political Science from the Central European University. Radu advises governments and international organizations on digital governance, including serving on the EU Cybersecurity Agency’s Advisory Group. Her work emphasizes challenges in global internet governance, cybersecurity, and the societal impacts of AI.
