Rosey Hurst is a Visiting Professor in Practice at the Grantham Research Institute of the London School of Economics (LSE). She is the Founder and Managing Director of Impactt, a consultancy focused on human rights and forced labour in global supply chains. Additionally, she serves as Chair of the modern slavery charity UNSEEN and sits on the Responsible Investment Advisory Council at Columbia Threadneedle.

Her consultancy, Impactt, has developed frameworks for repaying recruitment fees to migrant workers, remediating child labour, and reimbursing unpaid wages, which have influenced global supply chain guidelines.
