- Fellow, Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg, Delmenhorst
- Fellow, Princeton University

She actively mentors students through Tufts' Summer Scholars Program and leads NIH-funded research on international scientific knowledge transfer regarding blood supply contamination with Hepatitis C and HIV. Her current book project 'Risks Unforeseen' analyzes political decision-making in global health crises.
As Harvard Center for European Studies affiliate, she coordinates international research networks examining European and US health policies, with recent media contributions addressing avian flu responses, Ebola panic management, and historical analysis of travel bans.
