Rosalind Horowitz is a Professor in Discourse and Literacy Studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), affiliated with the College of Education and Human Development and the Department of Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching, with a joint appointment in Educational Psychology. She earned her B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota's Twin Cities Campus, with graduate work at Harvard University and Hebrew University - Jerusalem.
