Dr. Ros Sambell is a Senior Lecturer in Public Health Nutrition, Community Nutrition, and Food Habits at Edith Cowan University (ECU), School of Medical and Health Sciences. She holds a PhD from ECU (2023) and has over 25 years of experience in public health nutrition, specializing in childcare and aged care sectors. Her roles include Unit Coordinator for Nutrition and Public Health, Course Coordinator for the Master of Public Health, and Co-lead of Jamie’s Ministry of Food Program.
