Amanda Devine is a Professor of Public Health Nutrition and Associate Dean of Public Health and Occupational Health and Safety at Edith Cowan University (ECU), within the School of Medical and Health Sciences. She leads research in nutrition education, food literacy, gut health, chronic disease prevention, and food security. Her work emphasizes translating research into practical solutions through initiatives like cookbooks and websites.
