Rohini Mehta

Dr. Rohini Mehta is an Assistant Professor at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine (UIWSOM), serving as Psychiatry Clerkship Director and Phase II Curriculum Director. A board-certified psychiatrist, she earned her M.D. from Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and B.S. in Pharmacology from McGill University. She previously worked at the Medical College of Georgia before joining UIWSOM in 2021.

Her academic focus spans clinical psychiatry and medical education innovation. She teaches across all four years of the curriculum and serves as Faculty Co-Advisor for the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
