Roger Brownsword is Professor of Law at King's College London, based at the Dickson Poon School of Law. He has been a leading academic in law for over 50 years, previously at the University of Sheffield, and is the founding Director of the Centre for Technology, Ethics, Law and Society (TELOS) established in 2007. He has held major national and international roles, including member of the UK RAE2008 Law panel and the Hong Kong RAE2014 panel.
His research spans interdisciplinary legal scholarship at the intersection of law, technology, ethics, and society. Key areas include:
