Xavier Bioy

Xavier Bioy is a University Professor at the University of Toulouse Capitole, affiliated with the Maurice Hauriou Institute (IMH). He specializes in public law, constitutional law, bioethics, and fundamental rights. He leads the Interuniversity Diploma 'Norms and Religions' since 2017 and co-directs the Master's in 'Fundamental Freedoms Law' and the multidisciplinary 'Ethics-Care and Research' program. His research focuses on human dignity, biopolitics, bioethics, and the intersection of law and biotechnology.
