Rodrigo Silva de Souza

Rodrigo Silva de Souza is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Roehampton, affiliated with the Faculty of Business and Law and the Centre for Sustainability and Responsible Management. His expertise spans organisational resilience, risk management, and qualitative research methodologies.

Qualifications include a PhD, MPhil, MSc, BEng, BA, and Fellowships at the Higher Education Academy (HEA-UK and AFHEA). His doctoral research analyzed risk management challenges in the Brazilian banking sector, aligning with his theoretical and practical experience in institutional risk practices.

Research interests focus on organisational and strategic resilience, risk culture, and human interaction with accounting technologies.
