Roberto Weber is the UBS Foundation Professor of Economics of Corporate Culture, Business Ethics, and Social Responsibility at the University of Zurich's Department of Economics. He also serves as Director of the Zurich Graduate School of Economics and was previously Vice Chairman of the Department of Economics (2017–2021). His research focuses on behavioral and experimental economics, moral decision-making, and organizational/institutional studies. He holds a Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology (2000) and has held academic appointments at Carnegie Mellon University and Maastricht University.
