Roberta L. Stewart

Roberta L. Stewart is a Professor of Classical Studies at Dartmouth College, with affiliations in History, Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies (WGSS), and Comparative Literature. Her research bridges Roman history, literature, and culture with modern interdisciplinary approaches, focusing on slavery, gender, religion, and numismatics. She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and conducted postgraduate work at the American School of Classical Studies at Athens, culminating in a Ph.D. from Duke University.
