Dr. Roberta Asher is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) at the University of Newcastle, affiliated with the School of Health Sciences. Her work bridges clinical dietetics with academic research in culinary nutrition and health behavior change.
