Rebecca Collins

Dr. Rebecca Collins is a Lecturer in the School of Health Sciences, Nutrition & Dietetics program, at the University of Newcastle. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Nutrition and Dietetics (2022) and a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (2011), both from the University of Newcastle, and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling for Health & Social Care (2016). She has been a director and co-director of private practice businesses and specializes in nutrition counseling for behavior change and telehealth.

Research Interests span Addictive Eating Behaviors, ADHD, Telehealth Interventions, and Neurodivergence. Her work includes personality-targeted interventions, TRACE online nutrition programs, and FoodFix behavioral studies. She has explored dietary inadequacies in diabetic foot ulceration and led systematic reviews on eating patterns in ADHD.
