Tracy Burrows

Professor Tracy Burrows is a leading NHMRC Research Fellow at the University of Newcastle's School of Health Sciences, specializing in Nutrition and Dietetics. As Co-Director of the Food and Nutrition Research Program at Hunter Medical Research Institute and Fellow of Dietitians Australia, she combines clinical expertise with advanced biochemical validation methods.

Recent work focuses on digital health interventions like MOOCs, international collaborations in Cambodia/Tanzania, and the ACERO network for food addiction research. Awards include the 2016 NSW Young Tall Poppy and 2024 Helen Christiansen Award.
