Professor Tracy Burrows is a leading NHMRC Research Fellow at the University of Newcastle's School of Health Sciences, specializing in Nutrition and Dietetics. As Co-Director of the Food and Nutrition Research Program at Hunter Medical Research Institute and Fellow of Dietitians Australia, she combines clinical expertise with advanced biochemical validation methods.
