Clare Collins

Professor Clare Collins is a Laureate Professor in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle, Australia. She holds dual roles as Director of the Food and Nutrition Research Program at the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI) and leads the School of Health Sciences. Her research focuses on precision nutrition technologies, chronic disease prevention, and cystic fibrosis nutrition.
