Dr Robert Werner-de-Sondberg is a Lecturer at the School of Social Sciences & Humanities. A chartered/registered Occupational Psychologist with a PhD in Forensic Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, his work bridges occupational health and policing contexts.

Scientific awards include the NIHR CLAHRC East Midlands PhD Travel/Research Prize (2016). His publications analyze police custody personnel well-being, stress shield interventions, and organizational factors in law enforcement.
