Robert Weisberg is the Edwin E. Huddleson, Jr. Professor of Law at Stanford Law School and Faculty Co-Director of the Stanford Criminal Justice Center (SCJC). He specializes in criminal law, procedure, and policy, with a focus on sentencing, white-collar crime, and reform. His career includes clerkships with Justice Potter Stewart of the U.S. Supreme Court and Chief Judge J. Skelly Wright of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.

His articles address topics like recidivism measures, the death penalty, and Terry v. Ohio interpretations. Awards include three John Bingham Hurlbut Awards for teaching excellence. He co-directs SCJC, advancing research on criminal justice systems and reform.
