Daniel A. Warshawsky

Daniel A. Warshawsky is a Professor of Law at New York Law School, where he has taught since Fall 2010. He specializes in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, and Legal Practice. Prior to academia, he spent 15 years at the Office of the Appellate Defender (OAD) in New York City, serving as Deputy Attorney-in-Charge and representing indigent clients in felony appeals, including homicide cases. He has appeared before all levels of New York state courts, including the Court of Appeals.
