Dr. Robert Spindler is an External Junior Fellow (FWF Erwin Schrödinger Fellowship) at the University of Innsbruck, focusing on English and German Literature. He holds a Mag. phil. and Dr. phil. from the University of Innsbruck and an M.A. in German Literature from the University of Munich. His research explores early modern captivity narratives, cultural history, and transnational literary exchanges.
