Robert Shoffner

Robert Shoffner is the Executive Director of the Ageno School of Business at Golden Gate University, overseeing all degree/certificate programs and MBA program design/delivery globally. He also directs the Chevron Small Business & Entrepreneurship Program. Previously, he managed Citibank's $100MM consumer business in California/Nevada and held international roles in Abu Dhabi, Argentina, and Taiwan.

• Education: BA in American Civilization from Brown University; MBA from Golden Gate University; Certificate in Community Economic Development from National University

His expertise spans business banking leadership, small business advisory services, and economic development initiatives. He has extensive experience in both domestic and international financial sector operations, with a focus on program management and strategic business development.

Prior roles include Director of San Mateo County Small Business Development Center (2014–2018) and various Citibank leadership positions from 1992–2013.
