Rachel E. Kaitz

Dr. Rachel E. Kaitz is a Professor at Lewis-Clark State College (LCSC), affiliated with the Business & Computer Science Division. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Journalism degree from the University of Georgia. Her teaching and research span Marketing, Management, International Business, Leadership, Retail Management, and Economics. She has extensive industry experience as an Account Manager, Public Relations Director, and Financial Counselor.

Research & Professional Experience: Dr. Kaitz has worked globally, including roles in London’s insurance sector, Economics instruction in Vietnam, and financial counseling research in the U.S. Her expertise includes consumer behavior, international marketing, and business strategy. She currently resides in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, with her family.
