Robert Raphael

Robert Raphael is an Associate Professor of Bioengineering at Rice University and Principal Investigator of the Neuroengineering IGERT program. He leads research on auditory system mechanics, focusing on ion transport in inner ear membranes and cochlear implant development. His work bridges biophysics with engineering to address hearing loss and deafness.
