Robert James Crammond

Dr. Robert James Crammond is a Senior Lecturer in Enterprise and Director of the Transformative Enterprise Research Group (TERG) at the University of the West of Scotland (UWS). He holds a Visiting Professorship at CBS International Business School, Germany, and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). His academic interests focus on entrepreneurship education, stakeholder theory, and SME development. He has authored three books, including Advancing Entrepreneurship Education within Universities (2020) and Entrepreneurship and Universities: Pedagogical Perspectives and Philosophies (2023).

Dr. Crammond leads initiatives such as the national 'Scale Up' project for Scottish businesses and contributes to journals like the Baltic Journal of Management. He has secured grants exceeding £400k through Knowledge Transfer Partnerships and oversees the Help to Grow Management Programme. His research emphasizes learner-centric curriculum design, experiential learning, and stakeholder engagement in higher education.
