Ralitsa Arnaudova

Ralitsa Arnaudova is a Lecturer (AC3) in the MSc Project Management programme at the University of the West of Scotland and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She holds Chartered Marketer status and has worked in Scottish Higher and Further Education since 2014. Her expertise spans Project Management, Quality Management, Organizational Behavior, and Marketing Strategy, with a focus on SME resilience, stakeholder collaboration, and higher education curriculum alignment with industry needs.

Research Interests: Her work addresses Project Management pedagogy, Quality Management in higher education, and embedding marketing techniques in teaching. Current projects explore SME risk management during crises, stakeholder engagement in construction projects, and digital transformation in service settings.
