Dr. Jane Johnstone is a Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Strathclyde's Department of Marketing, part of the Strathclyde Business School. She serves as Knowledge Exchange Director, ethics committee member, and undergraduate/postgraduate management team contributor. Her expertise spans tourism sustainability, heritage management, and stakeholder collaboration in long-distance trails like the West Highland Way and Fife Coastal Path. She holds a PhD in Marketing (2020) and advanced academic qualifications in research methodology and tourism. Her research advances UN SDGs through carbon-conscious tourism practices and community wellbeing initiatives.
