Rob McKay

Rob McKay is a Senior Lecturer in Enterprise Practice at Manchester Metropolitan University's Business School and Programme Manager for Help To Grow Management. With extensive experience in SME innovation and leadership development, he has worked across academia, local government, and regional development agencies.

His research focuses on leadership, organizational culture, and strategy in small and medium-sized enterprises, while maintaining expertise in teaching and learning frameworks for experienced managers. Current projects explore archetypal story structures for co-creating meaning in experiential learning.

Recognized for his educational contributions, he holds senior fellowships from both the Higher Education Academy and the Chartered Management Institute.
