Robert Finn Hoyer serves as a Research Associate and Doctoral Candidate at the Chair of Business Administration, specializing in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship within Leuphana University Lüneburg's Institute for Management & Organization (IMO).

His research spans Strategic Management and multidimensional Entrepreneurship, with concentrated expertise in Digital Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Management. Hoyer actively contributes to IMO's initiatives including the Sustainable Entrepreneurship Certificate (L-SEC) and MEHRCE project (Circular Economy systems), examining social-innovative transformations through inclusive work environments and digital platforms.
