Anne Marit Wöhrmann

PD Dr. Anne Marit Wöhrmann is affiliated with the Institute for Management & Organization (IMO) at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. Her work focuses on entrepreneurship psychology, innovation, and the transformation of the world of work. She leads research projects on digital entrepreneurship, social-innovative transformation, and inclusive work environments.

Research interests include strategic management, entrepreneurship in professional services, and business ethics. She collaborates on initiatives like LIONA REGINNB (accelerating regional development) and the Leuphana Sustainable Entrepreneurship Certificate (L-SEC). Teaching specialties include business psychology, methods, and entrepreneurship training.

Her projects address topics such as regional digital entrepreneurship, wise interventions in entrepreneurship, and gender dynamics in entrepreneurial contexts. She contributes to academic and applied research through IMO’s interdisciplinary teams.
