Robert Andrew is an Adjunct Instructor at the David L. Boren College of International Studies, University of Oklahoma. He retired in 2019 from the U.S. Government after 30+ years as a diplomat and Army Officer. His career included service in the State Department, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, South, and military combat in the First Gulf War (1991). He holds a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Chico, and an M.A. in National Security Affairs from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.
